“I Won Both Shows When I Used X-Factor”

I've done three X-Factor cycles, two while cutting during contest prep, and one while mass building in the off season. During both of my cutting cycles I maintained my lean mass and got much harder. During my most recent cutting cycle, I actually gained 6 lbs LBM while losing over 6% total body fat. I also added 1 inch to my arms during that cycle.

I also won my Weight Class in both shows, and the Overall in one of the shows when I used X-Factor in my preparation.

During my most recent mass building cycle, I gained 12 lbs in 7 weeks while maintaining a constant body fat %.

Proper diet and training are key when using X-Factor, but if you have those in check, most people can expect very good results during both cutting and bulking cycles when using X-Factor.

“Gained 16 Pounds in 49 days”

Here are some of the gains I’ve made from X-Factor.
Current Weight: 163LB's (In morning Pre-workout, no food) [up from 147]
Bench: At the beginning of X-Factor I could only do 205 like twice on a good day, now I do 225 around 3-5 times. (*My shoulders did start to flare up like last week but no longer a problem).
Incline: I used to work my way up to a struggling 155, now I do 185 with pretty decent effort.
Squats: Due to knee problems, I would get up a sloppy 225, but now i'm working towards getting a full set of 275 in (knee still flares up from time to time).
Bent Over Row: My school only goes up to 90LB DB's, and they're extremely easy, pre-stack I could only do 75's (80 on a good day).
Lat Pull Down: I used to only do 180, with trouble. Now I do 240 (with trouble).
Bicep Curls: My conc. curls have gone up 15 pounds while my str. bar curls have gone up 30LB's.
Triceps: Extensions have gone up around 2 plates (10 pound plates), but my headbangers (skull crushers) have stayed the same.
Push Press: I noticed real gains here, I used to only do 115 (around 8 reps, and 135 around 3 reps); Now I warm up with 135 and work my way up to 165 (for around 4 reps).

These are just some of the exercise gains i've seen. If you'd like to know about another workouts gain please look at my workout schedules and select the exercises you want me to comment on. X-Factor Impression: I'll be purchasing 2 bottles every 100 days (50 days on, 50 days off). Great product, you're joints can flare up at times but I didn't really have a problem with it (I had a little bit of a shoulder problem earlier on).

I will be using the following stack for the rest of the year-
X-Factor (On and off)
PowerFULL
Symmetry
Clout (Mixed with Storm)
Real Gains
Animal Pak

I have one more day of X-Factor and it hasn't let me down. The first few weeks you see minimal gains and start to wonder if you've been scammed, but by week 4 you see the effects. I have the same abdominal visibility that I did before the stack. Although Cardio hasn't gotten any easier (X-Factor doesn't help that, or pretend to help it either).

+ 10lbs - “This Stuff Works, PERIOD!”

Before - 167lbs
After - 177lbs
Total Increase - 10lbs

Increased vascularity
Increased muscle mass
Increased endurance
Decrease in body fat
More intense workouts

Most of the reports I saw came to mind as being complete BS. Didn't think those kinds of gains could be made with AA. Boy was I wrong. When X-Factor kicked in, it did so hard. What I liked was the increase in muscle mass while decreasing body fat....all without PH's or anything like that! What more could someone who is a natural ask for? Not much. X-Factor is really a revolution in the bodybuilding industry and I'm not saying that because I expect free stuff from them. This stuff works, PERIOD! Now the only thing that is a major con to me using it again is the price. About $100 for a full cycle. Honestly if you sit down and think about it, $100 and 10+lbs of muscle is a freaking deal. Try that using PH's and you'll spend the same amount, if not more, while stressing your body.

X-Factor has been one hell of an experience for me. This log has made a true believer out of me and I will use it again in the future. When I make the jump to the darkside, X-Factor will be part of my PCT for sure. There are just too many benefits to it to be ignored. What I really want to do is use X-Factor during a major cut (next year) before summer. Best part of this whole thing was when my parents came to visit. One of the first things out of my mom and sister's mouths was "boy your shirt looks tight!" Yeah baby that's right.

+17.5lbs - “I Have Never Gained So Much Strength or Muscle Mass”

" Coulaid’s X-Factor + ActivaTE Review

Measurements: Arm: 15”(+1”)
Chest: 43”(+2)
Waist (Measured At Belly Button): 34”(+0)
Quad:24.5” (+2.5)
Calf: 16”(+0) – I Know they grew
Gains: Weight: 217lbs (+17.5lbs)
Body Fat: +4%

Strength: WOW. I have never gained so much strengh or muscle mass in 50days in my life. Benching 305lbs and squating 405lbs! I think just those numbers and my new measurements speak for themselfs. This is the 2nd best part of this stack.

Fat Burning: Jeepers! Being an endo\meso combo, gaining fat tend to be pretty easy for me. I was going about 1pound a week eating around 2500 cals prior to starting this stack. I was able to get my cald up to 5202! I was gaing about 2-3lbs this way and I was just amazed. Look for me to run this stack when Coulaid goes pre contest in the spring of 2007.

Sides:
Doms: No significant amount.
Sleep Problems: Only at the beginning.
Acne: None.
Final Scores:
Gains: 10\10
Fat Burning: 10\10

“+9-10lbs and .5% Bodyfat Loss”

Start weight: 173-174
End weight: 183
Gain: 9-10 lbs.
Starting bf%: 13%
End bf%: 12.5%
Total: +9-10 lbs and .5% bodyfat loss

Vascularity - I was noticeably more vascular during my run of X-Factor. Strength - I found it easier than usual to add weight to the bar every workout. Also, I was able to add weight in larger increments than usual (a 10 lb plate instead of a 5 lb plate).

Added 5-10+ pounds to nearly every lift, including bicep exercises. CNS Capacity - This is my favorite benefit! I was able to lift to failure for 7 straight weeks without feeling the least bit burnt out. I felt NO weardown to my CNS. This, to me, is what made the strength gains possible.

“Gained About 10 Solid Pounds”

I just finished a 45 day cycle. Had to cut it a bit short due to wisdom teeth. Gained about 10 solid pounds 187-197.

BF stayed about the same (8.5%).

Strength gains were pretty noticeable. Probably about 10lbs on bench, 10 pounds on BB curls, 30 pounds or so on squats, and about 10 pounds or so on pretty much every other lift.

Great supplement. I was eating everything in site ~3500-4000 cals per day. Not very clean at all. I will definitely considered this product again in the future.

“Up by a Total of 13 lbs After X-Factor”

Bulking about 700 calories over maintanence.

Week 1 - I increased reps maybe like 1 rep on exercises however i think this maybe the placebo effect..
Week 2 - No change in increased strength...nor did i feel any soreness...and no pump during this week
Week 3 - Increased in reps maybe like 2 reps from the start of x-factor.....Had no soreness and man my leg presses went up by 100lbs since from week 1 Gained about 7lbs altogether lost like some fat.
Week 4- Added creatine monohydrate (creapure) with x-factor because i wasnt seeing any drastic strength increases apart from the 100lbs increase in leg presses.....Gained like 8lbs altogether bodyfat stayed the same
Week 5 - Middle of week 5 noticed some increases in strength...extra reps here and there on other exercises......My waist size however went up 1 in ch and i put on 9lbs altogether...fat went up a little
Week 6 - Some more strenght increases, more reps........Waist stayed the same....Fat went up a touch....up 11lbs
Week 7- some more strength increases, more reps...........Waist stayed the same....Fat stayed the same.....up by a total of 13 lbs after x-factor

Im not sure about my fat going up a little it maybe due to the creatine bloat... My explosive strength maybe due to the creatine or maybe due to the x-factor starting from week 4 i have quite no clue.... I have experienced no DOMS, no headaches no sideffects and these are my gains:

+200lbs on leg presses
+25 lbs on flat and incline bench
+3 reps on reps for other exercises
+4 reps on chin ups
+13 lbs in weight
+1 and a quarter inch on waist
+1/2 inch on arm
+1/4 inch on forearm
+1 and a half inch on legs or 2

I would rate x-factor 8/10 (because i dont know if it was the creatine). Overall, this has been a good experience.

“I'll Let The Review Speak By Itself”

My 40-day cycle of X-Factor is now over. I had great times using it @ 1250mg/day, with barely any sides, except sweating. During those 40 days, my caloric intake remained constant around 5000-5200 cals/day with at least 400g of protein and 1.5 gallon of water. I mostly did all my cycle with a 4-day split training routine in the 10-12 rep range and my main focus was adding some quality mass, which was a success. I'll let the review speak by itself:

Bodyweight:
Starting weight: 226 pounds
dropped fat down 2lbs
Ending weight: 232 lbs
GAINED 8LBM TOTAL

Mirror:
I look fuller overall, especially in my legs, and also more vascular!!

Measurements (day 1 VS day 40):
Arms: 16.75 - 17 1/8 (+3/8")
Chest: 48 - 48.5 (+.5")
Waist: 35.5 - 35 (-.5)
Neck: 17 - 17.25 (+.25)
Thigh: 27 - 27.75 (+.75)
Calf: 17.5 - 18 (+.5)!!!!!!

Detailed final review, in chronological order:
Increased appetite at day 2 (!!!)
Noticeable lethargy at day 4
Began to feel warmer and sweat more at day 6
occasional numbness in my arms since day 6
Increased pumps at the end of week 1
Fuller look at day 7
Leaner in my mid-section since day 10
A bit of back acne since day 14 (oily skin)
First DOMs at day 16 (triceps & biceps)
DOMs became worst since day 19
Noticeable strength increase since day 21
Constant sweating since day 22 (a nightmare at the gym...)
Increased vascularity around day 25
First headache at day 26 (only when my water intake was too low)
Worst DOMs since day 33
No sleep issue at all and barely any back acne!

“Among the Most Powerful Non-Hormonal Anabolics I’ve Used”

"X-Factor is among the most powerful NHA’s I’ve used. Personally I would say X-Factor is an awesome supplement for lean bulking and/or re-composition. X-Factor conserves mass very well and works extremely effectively with Clenbuterol and the ECA stack. As a bulking product, I would rate it a tad lesser than prohormones. Of course, it can be used very well for bulking too. It works great with most cell volumisers. I feel it’s awesome for any kind of recomposition.

My personal rating : Summary of results
Cost 6/10
Results 9/10
Sides 8/10
Ease of use/support supplements 10/10”
